Cem SEO — Privacy Policy

Cem SEO ("we," "our," "the app") is an SEO analytics and website-audit tool operated by Lumex Alliance. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it's used.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you sign up.
• Website data you provide: the domains you add to track (e.g. "example.com").
• Audit data: when you run a website audit, we send the domain to Google's PageSpeed Insights API and store the resulting scores and issue summaries against your account.
• Keyword research data: search terms you look up are sent to Google Trends to show real search-interest data; we don't store your search history beyond what's needed to display results.

Google Search Console data

If you choose to connect your Google Search Console account, we request read-only access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly) to display your real search performance data (clicks, impressions, average position) on your dashboard. We:

• Only request read-only access — we cannot modify your Search Console data or settings.
• Only use this data to display it back to you inside the app.
• Do not share this data with any third party.
• Store an access/refresh token so we can retrieve this data on your behalf without asking you to sign in every time — you can disconnect this access at any time from within the app (More → Google Search Console → Disconnect), which deletes the stored tokens.

Cem SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't share your data with advertisers.
• We don't access your Google data for any purpose beyond displaying it to you inside Cem SEO.

Email communications

We send transactional emails only: account verification codes, and optional alerts you can turn on or off (Notifications settings) about significant changes to your audit scores.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual tracked websites at any time from the Projects screen. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us using the email below.
